Representing the 4th generation of Hughes in the family business, my passion is solving our client’s challenges, inherent to flexo printing.  I am blessed to have the opportunity to serve my co-workers and our customers.  Creative problem solving is something I’ve embraced, as one solution does not suit all situations.  Our clients need a true partner supplier;  a company who will work with them to provide solutions that far exceed the “norm.”  I have an insatiable desire to continually grow and discover innovative technologies that will increase Hughes’ customer press capacity.  I’m comforted knowing that everything I do in this world is lead by someone far greater than me.
